Unfair and Exorbitant Commissions - Extremely Dissatisfied!
I am highly disappointed with Admirals broker. Their fee structure is a complete rip-off for retail traders. I recently tried to withdraw my remaining funds to close my account, and for a small total balance of around $300, they drained nearly $15 to $20 just in hidden transaction fees, conversion rates, and unexpected closing commissions!
Taking away such a huge percentage of a trader's hard-earned money just for withdrawals and closing positions is completely unfair and unprofessional. There is no transparency, and the costs are far too high compared to other standard brokers in the market.
I would definitely NOT recommend Admirals to anyone looking for a reliable or cost-effective broker. I have zeroed out my account and will never use their services again. Highly dissatisfied!

Absolute scam broker
Absolute scam broker. They drain all what they can. I trade with them more than three years. Except a few lost positions at beggining where I lost cents to low tenth Eur for position I never have lost position (this is not pay for swaps). Firstly Admiral stop to sending regular statements. Then they input me to the accout at least four position, that was terrible loosing for me (whole summ over 23 000 eur.). How I dont know (backdoor to MT5?). Very strange was that firstly 3 I didnt ever see in history tab until I connect for some details from inside of this tab with Admiral servers. Than I found suddenly all three position in my history. I feel myself as I am mad, but this is reality. Now 5 of May they repeat the step. Suddenly position that never be there and lost another over 5000 eur.
As I wrote shame, shame, shame.

With regard to account statements, we would like to provide some clarification. Daily and monthly statements remain available at any time through the Client Dashboard under the "Reports" section. This approach was implemented to ensure that clients have convenient and continuous access to their reports whenever needed.
Regarding the trading history, all operations executed on your account are recorded and visible in the History tab of the trading platform. Additionally, the Journal section contains detailed information about when each position was opened and closed. In addition, MetaTrader provides the ability to generate a trading statement directly from the platform at any time, allowing clients to independently review their complete account history whenever they wish.
We would also appreciate further clarification regarding your comment about obtaining "details from inside of this tab with Admiral servers." We do not provide any separate or additional records of executed trades beyond what is already available to clients, as all trading activity recorded on our side is also reflected in your trading platform and account reports. The records available to us and those visible to you are based on the same source data and therefore remain consistent. The information shown in your account and reports is synchronized, and executed trades cannot suddenly appear without being part of the account's actual trading history.
Furthermore, Admirals is a fully licensed and regulated broker operating under strict regulatory requirements and compliance standards designed to ensure transparency, accuracy, and the protection of client interests. All account activity, transaction records, and reporting processes are subject to rigorous controls and oversight. For this reason, situations such as trades appearing without being recorded in the account's actual trading history would be inconsistent with the way our systems operate. We take the integrity of our services very seriously and continuously monitor our processes to ensure that account information remains accurate, reliable, and fully auditable.
That said, we genuinely want to understand your concerns and review the situation in detail. But one thing, the payment of dividends sometimes be delayed without any explanation every time I was sending email reminding them to payy dividend. This repeats several times.

Lies,lies,lies and more lies, Fortunately for me two investigators and two financial ombudsman saw right trough their LIES and ordered them to pay me back all my deposits. They will probably repLIE with their usual garbage about being a regulated this and that, however a quick visit the the FCA website will reveal their what they've been up to. They even tried to get the FCA to dismiss my complaint by stating that it was past 6 years, how convenient that they closed my account exactly after 6years hoping I would not have a leg to stand on, I can imagine them giving each other high fives thinking that would be that, well, that backfired, By rejecting the very same documents I had used to open my account was noted by The FCA as the point which I became aware of their foul play, therefore giving me a further 3 years to complain. The irony of all this, is that, had they left me to my own devices I would have been none the wiser, i would have no idea that they should have never given me an account in the first place, but in their eagerness to bend me over once they thought they had got what they wanted they ended giving me back all my deposits minus withdrawals. The lies are to numerous to list here, however like I said a visit to the FCA website will show all. How many more have had their accounts closed just like that for no apparent reason? They stated " source of funds" in my case but took my money none the less for over 6 years, what a joke. Trading is hard enough without companies likes this trying to bend you over as well. The question to ask is what if I was a profitable trader , would it have taken them so long to shut down my accounts? I doubt it very much, they will have around whilst your losing, then suddenly tell you they no longer wish to do business with you because of "source of funds". terrible

No la recomiendo
Dicen que no cobran comisiones pero siempre te cobran. Pregunte y me dijeron que en la primera operación no cobraban comision pero es mentira porque siempre cobran una comisión, por ejemplo si una acción cuesta 4.1 ellos te cobran 4. 9 por cada acción al comprar. También tienen problemas en su sistema estuve monitoreando su sistema en tiempo real comparando con otras plataformas al mismo tiempo en tiempo real y siempre hay una diferencia una diferencia y si fuera que solo está atrasada por y que después el resultado sea igual sería aceptable pero no es así. No recomiendo esta plataforma.
