I got constant emails about the shipping status - almost daily, for weeks! Totally unnecessary and annoying.

The information is good but the book is so small and it took forever to arrive.

Good, consistent communication about the shipping process.

When ordering, I didn't appreciate that the color scheme on this item represented "Gay Rights." I'm afraid of blow-back in Eastern European countries, where we're going on a cruise.

These have arrived. Looking forward to using them next trips!!

The product is very cool, but, if you have any sort of protective jacket on the cell phone it doesn't work. The metal plug in is not long enough. I can use it on my tablet, but not my phone. This is disappointing.

why did it take 13 days just to leave Sweden? Packages make it 7 days to cross the US. The whole time took 32 days which is absolutely horrible order and delivery time.
