Really fast delivery with great customer support. There was a fault with one of the shafts I purchased and Adore Golf was really helpful and fast with sending out a replacement, really good service.

J'ai commandé un shaft pour un projet de clubmaking et je me suis rendu compte après coup que je devais modifier le flex (passer d'un Stiff à un Regular). J'ai envoyé un e-mail sans grand espoir d'une réponse rapide en plein week-end. À ma grande surprise, Andy m'a répondu un dimanche soir à 20h pour confirmer positivement la modification de mon panier !
Un grand merci à lui pour son professionnalisme et sa réactivité hors norme. C'est ma deuxième expérience de commande pour mes clubs et Adore Golf Grips confirme son statut de référence absolue. Fiable, pro et humain. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

The Customer Service was brilliant, a particular thank you to Andy Bell; and the delivery times were speedy.
The reason for the 4 star rating rather than 5 was I found the website quite frustrating not being able to effectively narrow my search down, and also being returned to the first item on the results page rather than the one I'd just viewed. But even with the website frustrations I would definitely use Adore Golf Grips again.

They have a wonderful wide selection. However the biggest thing that stands out is the customer service, I incorrectly ordered a shaft and they was able to rectify it whilst going above and beyond.
