I honestly would not recommend buying bras from Adore Me. The quality has seriously gone downhill. The bras might look cute online, but once you actually get them, they feel cheap, donât hold up well, and the sizing can be completely inconsistent. A lot of people have had issues with stitching coming apart or the fit being totally off, even when ordering the same size.
Whatâs even worse is the return process. If you end up not liking what you bought, youâre stuck dealing with a frustrating and slow system. Even after they receive your returned items, refunds can take up to 30 days to process, which is honestly ridiculou, despite the company already having the items returned to them.
On top of that, they even charge a restocking fee which is robbery.
Overall, it just doesnât feel worth it. Between the declining quality, inconsistent sizing, and slow refunds, youâre better off saving your money and buying from a brand that actually stands behind their products.

Good luck with that. So very disappointed.

I was a customer for years until products started getting horribly in consistent in sizing and quality. They didn't just do away with the VIP program they also don't sell bra's and panties as sets anymore. It is now almost double the cost.
LOW QUALITY -- Shipping & customer service
One word... YUCK. I would never purchase from this brand again. Multiple issues with my orders, and when I called to resolve the issue? They had some crusty, RUDE AF straight man answering the phone asking me about my lingerie?! Uncomfortable.
I emailed the company and mentioned I was put off by the person I spoke to and they responded with the p.c. "We give everyone a chance regardless of gender, etc" girrl, you must be joking. Poor customer service, poor quality products -- this company messes constantly and you won't catch them apologizing! :)

Beware when you send your Elite Box back. They will charge you even when you send everything back. Horrible customer service. I also think they donât look at your previous orders so in the Elite Box you will receive the same product over again. Just lost a very good customer. Will not recommend Elite Box. Everything changed when Victoria Secret bought Adore Me ð€·ð»ââïžso sad ð¢

Changed the VIP program
Changed the VIP program and now the cost of everything has increased drastically. The price hike is obnoxious and outlandishly expensive. A nightgown slip that used to be $39.95 is now $54.95. I understand getting rid of the subscription program but to also drastically increase the cost of everything by a significant amount seems like a great way to lose a lot of customers. I have credits to use and then Iâm done with them. In a world where everything is already really expensive Iâm not going to buy special purchase items from a company that raises prices so much. They changed a lot of things for the worse. The customer service has already diminished a lot so this is just the final straw.

I had a very bad experience ordering from Adore Me. I placed my order on February 5, 2026, but I did not receive it until March 6, 2026. I called customer service multiple times asking for help, but no one was able to assist me. Each time I called, I was simply told to keep waiting for the items.
These items were ordered for a special occasion, which had already passed by the time they finally arrived. I was very disappointed that no one tried to offer a solution or provide meaningful support. One agent even asked me to contact United States Postal Service myself to find out what happened to the package.
Overall, the experience was very frustrating, and because of this, I will not be ordering from them again.

Potential Scam Company
I placed my order and they charged my credit card but on the day my order was supposed to be delivered I could no longer track my order and there was no record of my order on their website. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid this company. I believe it's a scam.

Ordered a 34D bra and panty set; have been the same bra size since I was 20; I am in my 40s now. This is the first 34D I have ever put on that was too small. The band and cup are both too small. No option to return. Will never order from again

I placed an order with Adore Me on December 5, 2025, it is now February 19, 2026 and I have not received my order. I have tried reaching out the company multiple times (through their customer service link on their website, and also through their social media) There has been zero attempt to make this right. This has been an awful disappointing experience. Avoid buying from this company at all costs!

A solid place to buy nice quality and cute items. Sadly majority of items I originally wanted didn't have my size or were out of stock. However, the items I did purchase came fast and were very beautiful.

Scammers. Firstly they offered VIP discount. Then after receiving the goods which looked so cheap they started charging me a money without my authorization calling it a store credit. I found out it just accidentally. I requested the refund. Called my bank. They intervened. I then learned that they made me sign up for an automated subscription during my first purchase. Still trying to cancel it and my account . Can not succeed. Total scam.

Unethical Sales Practices
Not only are the products from this company cheap and miss sized, fulfillment takes two weeks and out of three orders I have received, two were fulfilled incorrectly requiring me to talk to customer service and return the items that were sent incorrectly via USPS and await the correct items to be sent to me.
But the best was my recent order, where everything I ordered was marked final sale - ON THE RECEIPT. Please note â I have never in my life purchased anything final sale that cannot be returned. And in looking at the Adore Me website today, the items that I ordered that were marked final sale on my receipt are not marked final sale on the website. Thatâs right, COMPLETELY UNETHICAL sales practices designed to ensure they keep your money.
So in this shipment, there were two items that were not viable. One was shown as opaque on the website and yet was 100% transparent and the other was two sizes too small. When I called to discuss with them that they were not marked final sale when I bought them, they said there was nothing they could do, but would extend me a one time courtesy of allowing me to exchange for an in-store credit. They said they would adjust my account so that these two items could be returned and I could receive a store credit. Not my cash back, but a store credit. However, the customer service rep did not adjust the items and after multiple calls with the customer service line, I still am not able to return them - even for a store credit.
The minute I get my store credit and deplete it, I am canceling my membership and never purchasing from this SCAM company again.

I recently made a purchase and did a return because I do not feel the quality is there anymore. You have to pay a restocking fee as well. I returned my items a month ago and have yet to be refunded. Customer service gives me the run around every time I reach out. I've been told it takes 30 days for them to inspect and then initiate a refund. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional from a company. The customer service displays a lack of care and are not helpful whatsoever. I called the last day of the "30 days" and was told again I need to wait because the inspection isn't done. We aren't selling diamonds here, complete fabrication in my opinion to hold on to your money. I will not be purchasing from here anymore.

Terrible customer service and problems with receiving my order.
I placed an order with. Shortly after placing my order, I received an email letting me know that my order would ship in 2 to 3 business days. Two days later I received a email saying that processing was going to be delayed. Itâs been 3 weeks and I still do not have my product. I called customer service and they told me they canât tell me when I will receive it. when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that you can if you want to, but theyâre gonna tell you the same thing that I did.
I asked for a refund and was told that because my order was processing I couldnât get a refund, but when I got my item, I could send it back for a refund, which makes no sense at all.
The next day I received an email letting me know they were giving me a five dollar credit towards my next purchase.
Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again.
