I got in touch over the chat somewhat late at night. The response was immediate and my problem was resolved in less than 10 minutes. Shout out to the customer service team, and Mayla in particular!

Birthday

Hi guys. Today we came for a hot lap session with our son as it was his birthday he had the best time and it will be something special he will always remember the driver he was with was great we watched the in car video and it was well worth the upgrade with the photo. Thank you to all your team hoo are involved in running the track day drive. We will definitely be back and well recommended it to all our friends and family and everyone that’s thinking of doing it

Cruise ship cancelled our tenders to Airlie Beach from the cruise ship and when advised your company to no fault of our own no refund was offered or even a credit wasn’t offered

While the tender cancellation was outside of your control, the supplier had held spaces specifically for your booking, which were not cancelled within their required timeframe. Terrific experience.
Instructor was great with his introductory explanation and once in the air was able to experience controlling flight at controls.
Highly recommended and great fun

To be honest I am yet to book a experience here. But I was happily overwhelmed with the choices. It's really great to see all the exciting options in one place at great deals. I'm trying to get more active and meet people so I hope this will help me

Trying to book things was just so difficult

The only thing I had an issue with whilst trying to organise the bookings.

I’m was hard to talk and there was baby crying and a lot of does noise.

I went skydiving on March 15th

I went skydiving on March 15th, and the experience was amazing. The company provided excellent service from start to finish. The instructors were very clear with their instructions, which gave me a lot of confidence. They were also friendly and attentive throughout. When I jumped, I felt an indescribable thrill. If anyone is thinking of doing it, I highly recommend it!
