Very professional and clear to communicate. Were open and honest about each stage and proactive in making sure I was prepared.

The staff in general were very pleasant and friendly, always ensuring whenever I reached out that my queries were handled as soon as possible.

They work very fast as well, from initial call to accepting offer was around 16 days, and at no point did I feel rushed.
