Providing a nationwide service, we've been supplying customers across the country with quality coffee machines and vending supplies since 1993. From our warehouse in Eastbourne, East Sussex, we provide tea and coffee supplies to coffee shops, homes and more. We offer free next working day delivery on orders over £69 (mainland UK) and you can order up to 4:30PM for same-day dispatch (Mon-Fri).

Sell by date far to short

Delivery was excellent, my gripe would be that the sell by date has only a month left and that’s not really much at all when ordering 6x500gm bags .

Regarding the best-before date, we do mention the short shelf life in three places on the product page, and the item was discounted to reflect this. We always aim to be as transparent as possible, but we really appreciate your feedback. It’s also worth noting that the date shown is a best-before, not a use-by date—meaning the product is still perfectly safe to use after this point, though there may be minimal changes in flavour or texture.
