From our warehouse in Eastbourne, East Sussex, we provide tea and coffee supplies to coffee shops, homes and more. We offer free next working day delivery on orders over £69 (mainland UK) and you can order up to 4:30PM for same-day dispatch (Mon-Fri).

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the availability of cheaper postage options. At present, all our parcels are shipped via a premium next working day tracked service to ensure fast and secure delivery to our customers.

However, we are actively exploring additional delivery options to offer more flexibility, allowing our customers to choose more cost-effective shipping for smaller parcels while still using a next working day service. We hope to introduce these options soon.

Aside from the postage cost, we hope that the overall service you received met your expectations, and we would love the opportunity to improve on the 3-star rating.

I love that I can order online and get next day delivery of fantastic products.
My order arrived in just 16 hours.....now that is fantastic service. 5 stars to couriers too.

Overall everything is brilliant. Super quick delivery. Excellent prices. And with this last order I accidentally provided an old address, but the support people were on it immediately and got my order sent to the correct address.

All told very pleased.
