By refunding my money now

This company withdrew funds from my account without authorization. It's a complete scam.

this company are scamming rat bags.i never even subscribed to them.they took £14 out of my account!!! and they are continuously trying to take even more £14's!!! but luckily for me I freeze my card!!! then unfreeze it quickly make my transaction then freeze it again!!! yous don't even deserve that 1 star!!! horrible horrible people!!! so yous have been warned ⚠️

This service is not a Spam protection service, it is Spam and it most certainly is fraud. I encourage anyone who has a complaint to file a fraud complaint with your state government and federal. I am still working on the 2nd. I failed to see the autopay on my statements because each individual payment is for $14.99 and I am reviewing my statements as e-statements on my phone.
They have 2 websites. One is purely for refunds and cancellations, which tells me something in itself.
Also, on the statement are only the letters ADTRNQ.com. deceiving, looks like an order number at first glance.
And why are my payments (for an unauthorized subscription of an app that's not on my phone) going to a cancellation webpage?
People, take action. I may be pursuing this clumsily, but I will continue to do so. This is the ugly new way of defrauding the elderly, the young, the less computer savvy.
This is a company that can't even see if they are providing the service they are charging you for. And on top of it, they try to spin it to where it is YOUR fault that you have not seen through their deception.
I am happy to share the answers I received from "Kristine" on my voice mail blaming me for not being more proactive and noticing and cancelling earlier.
Report them! They want to protect us from spam and want us to be proactive! I say let's go!

I dont even know what this "app" is, nor do i know how they have been direct debiting my checking account weekly, using my debit card #. I do not have my debit card number saved in any accounts online (or any other card numbers) and dont even use my debit card to make online purchases. I just saw this for the fist time yesterday when signing in to my bank account to pay some bills. Discovered that this has been a recurring debit since July 29th... Somehow (I guess, or so it seems) I have signed up for some "mystery app" that I dont even know what it is or what it is for, yet they take $14.99 out of my checking account every week. WHAT IS THIS APP!!!??? WHAT SITE DID I VISIT/WHAT APP DID I DOWNLOAD???? AND HOW DO THEY HAVE MY DEBIT CARD #???

I would like my money back asap

Ad Tranquility has been trying to take money from my account since March of this year.
I have not had the opportunity to use ghe service. Jm cannot understand why I'm getting charged.

This company has taken £15 a week from my bank account without my agreement, I've tried contacting them directly to have this stopped but its proving difficult, I've spoken to my bank about this and they are refunding what these crooks have taken but it looks as if they will leech more each week, I'm am closing my bank account down so they can't mug me any further, how do these parasites get away with robbing us?

I canceled a subscription and they kept trying to take money out of my account anyway. Luckily my bank blocked it last night and frequently this month it happened again in two days they have took $15 out of my account for no reason at all I do not even have a subscription with them they really suck If I could give them less than a one-star I would nothing but a lot of aggravation and you can't get a hold of anybody to help you pick the problem. And yes I have tried the chats and emails and all that stuff and they'll get back with you and you never hear nothing.

As of 3/25 they have taken 14.99 out of my account 4 times and tried to 2 more but I have turned this over to my bank. That's $60 , would have been $90 if my transactions weren't turned off, for one month that is supposedly 14.99 a month, but I canceled my subscription within 24 hours and it was 7 days free. Lol. What a bunch of crap. Do not use this place unless u want robbed!!!

J'ai installé l'appli sur mon smartphone assailli par des notifications publicitaires et indésirables. Ceci annoncé pour un montant de 2,99 hebdo et je me retrouve avec un prélèvement hebdomadaire de 14,99€! Et tout cela pour une Appli qui ne fonctionne pas; bien qu'installée, impossible de l'ouvrir et la rendre active. De plus elle génère en continu des messages d'erreur sur mon écran. Commence à présent le chemin de croix pour annuler le prélèvement sur ma CB !

this is the most annoying app i have ever had to deal with. It crashes my computer every time i try to delete or uninstall it. I can't get rid of it, any ideas out there?

OMG, You are the mist decietful spammer on the market. IZ GET 50 TO 100 messages per dat, as soon as I delete one it comes back with three more. I used to get them in my old phone, last month I bought, a brand new S23 Ultra, came with 2 yr virus protection from Norton. Thats how I kniw its BS, I believe I am being targeted brcause of my google acct. Soin as I logged in on this phone the Google ads started. I plan to file a complaint, with my attorney general, and look into sueing for harrassment. I can find no opt out for ads, just constant harrassment, we will block your device soon. Ive been getting that 1 for 6 months.

I have never heard of these thieving shysters before this weekend.
I don't have their App and I have never signed up with them, still they have been taking money from my account over weeks on more than regular occasions, like twice in 2 days.

Fake! Scam! Took weekly auto payments from your bank account for no services. Had to change my bank card to get them to stop ripping me off.

I’m tired of these people trying to charge my card after I have canceled my subscription to this joke of an app. If you people keep this up I will sue the fvck out of you. I will win and take over your company and shut the piece of crap company down
