AT nearly stopped adding new content. The amount of high quality content is greater on JLSex.com
And yet the fees are lower. So I wanted to leave Adulttime. When I tried to cancel my subscription there was no confirmation email and they billed me for the next quarter. So this time I really want to make sure that I did cancel but the problem is that customer support is unresponsive and hard to reach. So beware of extra charges on Adulttime, especially if you are in the process of cancellation.

"that service has been discontinued".... without warning or alert to paying users? *support member* "we discontinued this feature. we can add a discout?". "M:" just discontinue my account. i only paid for one thing and your company failed." do not sign up go to xvideos or others free. same content only free this is a fraud. now thanks to who ever is running this shit show,.

I paid 5$ for 3day trial.
After 1 day i canceled my subscription.
They dont sent you any confirmation of cancelation so that they can charge you after 3 day another 30$ for full month subscription. That hapened to me.
At the end charged me another 30 $ and you can do anything as you don't have confirmation date of cancelation.
Stay away from this site.

Scam site . Charge you your card for somethin you dont order.

Misleading and trickery

Signed up for a trial for a specific website. Ended up signed up to their adult time network with NO access to the site I was trying to get the trial for. Now after signing into said adulttime site you see restricted and LIMITED trial everywhere so it's useless.

Just a way for them to get your card and either force you to jump through hoops to cancel and remove or just cancel the card.

Because ofc you can't just cancel and remove payments from your account, that's wouldn't be scammy enough. And ofc you can't let people know the trial is completely useless, that wouldn't be scammy enough.

AND ofc you can't just put a verification hold on $1 for the FREE trial, they actually deducted $1 and then 2 minutes later tried to deduct MORE MONEY!!! Luckily I only put enough for a verification. But I bet they make lots of money off fake $1 verification checks that you never get back and additional fake charges despite saying NO to every other rubbish they tried to automatically sign you up to.

Of course, I got banned again.

A ticket is useless here; friendly chatting with customer service can help.

"Age verification" is used to deter customers.

I no longer have access with Chrome, but with Opera and "Free VPN" it works for a day or two, then I get banned again.

There's hardly any new content, and you should download older content as soon as possible.

Update 16.2.2026:
I've made about 10 attempts to contact customer service. They NEVER reply to emails. They do reply to chat messages, but the responses are always either unwilling, incompetent, or simply rude. They obviously have a desire to go under as soon as possible.

Blocked again three times without any reason by this awful company.
This company is extremely customer-unfriendly. This is a clear indication that it will go under in the next few years, like 95% of all customer-unfriendly companies.
When a company offers a "lifetime membership" (like they do) for next to nothing then all alarm bells should be ringing! Nobody gives anything away for free - and that means in plain English: "Customer, just stay away from us - we'll be closing down sooner or later."
Another point: Most of the content there doesn't even belong to them! They've licensed content from others for a very limited period. After that short time expires, they simply delete all the content, and the customer is literally left with nothing!

I had been a customer for more than 6 years. The first few years were great, but then the amount of new content gradually decreased. In the last two years, I was blocked three times without reason. Twice I was unblocked after lengthy back-and-forth chats with customer service. The third time, this "customer service" suddenly demanded video recordings of me along with my ID card.
After a complicated process, I was finally able to cancel my subscription with this awful company.

This is SCAM , your card details are passed to PWI care in the Netherlands who will debit your account with unauthorised charges.

so i came back from work one day and decided to check out the trial to this, i tried trials of other services like this before, thinking i will just cancel it after exploring it for a few minutes.

After a while however i realized that i signed up for a scam, i didn't even use it and immediately went to their shady support site to cancel it, luckily the scam centre guy was actually helpfull, and hopefully at least canceled not only the subscription but the account as well.
i employ people to not sign up to stuff like this, there are plenty of ways to get your fill, especially nowadays, the stuff they have on there is good, but not worth getting bankrupt over

never use your name, adress, location, use a vpn and single use cards, for most of your purchases and reset them every time even though they do it automatically, and thread carefully when engaging in shady things, one minor slip up, could cost you a lot and sometimes sadly not just money.

The content was good speed was hit or miss but my biggest problem was ha ing issues signing in. I had a year subscription and loved it now I have my second year and I try to sign in a d nope locked out. Worst is I paid up front for the year and tech support blames it on issues that dont apply to me.

Scam. If you want to unsubscribe, first of all go to the Gamma support. There is any other way to do it. I hope that is not another mislead

Scam. $1 trial does not give a true trial; only more ads to more expensive associate sites and snippets of scenes from typical low quality movies. We were looking for erotic feature films with some well-done sex scenes. Also, by default tries to charge you $4.95 and if you don't read the very fine print carefully you won't uncheck the box to get the trial. Stay away.

There's no way to cancel your subscription.

Interest sites. But it is hard core porn not erotic. So if you want erotic, go elsewhere
