Good morning Derek,

We are saddened to have received your review. I have raised this with our Payroll team who have advised they have now replied to your most recent email sent yesterday afternoon. I can confirm that all our Pension contributions, be that workplace pension or private pension contributions via a salary sacrifice are sent to respective providers a monthly basis, on or around the 19th of the month (if the 19th falls on a weekend). Rest assured that all contributions taken from your payments will be sent to your chosen provider.

Good morning Paul,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with our service.

To clarify, our fee structure is clearly outlined in the Terms & Conditions provided in the Tax Return booklet, and we always ensure our clients are made aware of this during the initial sales call. The default percentage applied is either 22%+VAT or £349+VAT, whichever is higher.

The representatives you spoke to initially are part of our consolidation team and do not calculate the final rebate or fee, this responsibility lies with our Submissions team once all relevant information has been gathered. Whilst we understand it can be frustrating not to have an exact figure upfront; this is due to the varying nature of individual tax returns and rebate amounts.
