Very friendly, fast and excellent customer service. Sylvia and Cori were very helpful and nice employees! Team5415

Advance America was there for me during my time of need. Their new application system is quick and less stressful than the old paper system.

Excellent customer service. Will go there again

The experience at the 333 Naamans road Claymont, DE location was great. Warm, friendly, and helpful with the process. Would recommend to anyone.

Staff are always courteous & professional! Quick process! Thank you!

Great place and staff is very professional

I never borrow from payday lenders but this year I over spent on vacation and came up $100.00 short in my checking account that's never happened to me before, thank goodness Advance was there to help me out, your service was fast and your staff was very professional and customer friendly. Thank you so much for being there for me.

There when u need them..wish could get loan thru them under 8% fix rate.

I am so happy I stumbled upon America Advance at 333 Naamans rd, they looked out for in my desperate time of need. I want the world to know that they are the best. Thanks to Jesse and the entire crew.

I appreciate the quickness of the process. I had a plumbing expense I wasn't expecting. The loan was just what I needed. Thank you.

The whole process just made me feel very dirty like I was some type of criminal. I was pretty much out if I didn’t have all three references or if the Representative couldn’t contact them right on the spot I was basically out on the loan. Other issues and just not a good experience.

They made feel very comfortable I wish I could of got the 1000 dollars but the 500 will have do I also wish I was offer the card vervis the check but other it very nice thanks

The first time I went the guy was very nice the second time I went the woman was very rude and made me not want to come back

The customer service at the Naamans Road location was very rude. I was treated with much disrespect. This was not the first time I utilized Advance America, and I am very familiar with their requirements for taking out a loan. So I brought in my most recent pay stub and my most recent bank statement. However, the representative argued that my bank statement was not "... dated within 35 days..." of the loan request date. Therefore, to obtain the loan, she wanted me to pull up my bank account on my cell phone so that she could see recent transactions.
So, please help me understand: if I am requesting a loan on 9/25/17 and my most recent bank statement is up until 8/24/17 - is not 8/24 within 35 days of 9/25? Advance America - you should make sure that your representative can count up to 35!
I NEVER use my cell phone Wifi to do my banking - I only use my home PC for the most secure connections. However, because I was in need of the loan, I was constrained to do so (use my cell).

great doing business very pleasant and easy to deal with recommend highly
