Fantastic Customer Service

The women at the Two Notch Road Office were phenomenal! I was in a compromised position and they made me feel comfortable. They were all very empathetic to my situation and they walked me through the entire process. If I ever need their services again, I won't go anywhere but here!!!!!

They welcomed me in as and old customer…

They welcomed me in as and old customer after at least 6 months of needing a loan. They were pleasant and helpful. I have to drive out of my way to do business with them just because of the aforementioned helpfulness.

Computer issues caused the processing and wait time very lengthy, but the loan officer was very apologetic and kind.
