Lori and Greg are amazing! I used to go to the Iowa City store and the guy there (I think his name was Tom) was so helpful and friendly and I was nervous that I would never find someone else who would be as awesome as he was. Now I have Greg and Lori and they are lifesavers! Always friendly and helpful, willing to take their lunch early or late, so they can be available to help you!

As a repeat customer, I can only give the highest rating to Advance America. They are always there when I need them. They are efficient, friendly, and very courteous.

Greg and Laurie at the Dubuque branchoare fantastic. Done business there many years and always a cheerful smile and great service .

The only thing I don’t like is that the employees can not shred the papers and the old check. It’s a waste of paper. Give us the option of wanting one or not. Save a bunch of trees by doing this.
