It never feels good to need a loan. However, Rob does an amazing job, being efficient and professional, and more importantly he's courteous and friendly.

The attitude of the gentleman
The attitude of the gentleman, whom I believe is the manager is horrendous. Never wants to relay any information-won't tell us which loan we are on because the screen doesn't tell him that. Well pull a file! Horrible!
