Loan agent (manager) made the process easy. She didn’t talk too much and made pleasant conversation. I hate being in the position of having to borrow money, but she didn’t go over the policy as if one of my kidneys were due if I missed a payment.

Employee Kim has a very smart and slick mouth...Been dealing with Advance America on and off for some years and this is the second time, I 've experienced this encounter with her!!! Never had any problems with Vicky or Altia, the visit was always pleasant with those two!!!
