Smooth, simple process. I felt at ease the entire time. The staff is wonderful and very down to earth.

I have been using Advance America for several years.
I am always treated with dignity and professionalism by the fine staff.
This is valuable service, that provides financial assistance when needed most.

This was my first time visit. They were very friendly, professional, respectful and expedient. I appreciated the technical and online receipts and communication. This up to date technology made it very easy and fast. I especially liked the use of their own checks. They made an unfortunate circumstance a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

One of the workers at the location I went to could not have been more idiotic. She counted someone’s cash 6 times and continued to mess up, which is fine, I think she was new, but it resulted in her yelling at the top of her lungs in frustration, and then laughing like it was a joke. I don’t expect top of the line professionals at an establishment for lowlifes, but I do expect the employees to not be maniacs. Also I feel that the interest rate to borrow in the first place was excessive.

It was fast easy and they were helpful and answered all my questions

The process is made easy and It helps to have this resource available.
