Advance America - Franklin - 1113 Murfreesboro Rd., Ste. 107 レビュー

The customer service is outstanding! The Crestview Florida office has the best employees. Give Michael some recognition. He's a very helpful and caring person. I want go anywhere else.

This is the best place when you need a short loan. Especially Elysia, the manager, kindly answers any questions or concerns you may have. Professional and efficient.

The new person you have in charge never smiles she acts like she is making you a favor, all other people you had in the pas before her were super friendly, as soon as I can I will pay my loan and never use your services again!

Always courteous

Liz and David are great at the Franklin location. Always very upbeat and kind to me. They actually care about my family and me.

5 STARS!!!!!!
The location in Franklin, TN in the shopping center where you can find Dollar Tree has the nicest, most helpful employees working there! I refuse to go to a different location, always smiling and willing to help!

The process was easy and the attendant/rep was very nice. I had used this service about a year ago and it went as smooth but the only difference was that you don't have an automatic two weeks between paydays. I came in on May 7th and was wanting to pay back my loan on May 21st but since my payday is the 15th and last day of the month...I only get an 8 day turn around. It may have been that the manager was there a year ago or new rules...but I got a full two weeks last year.

At any rate, I was pleased with the process and got a little less money than I wanted because I didn't want to have to pay som much in fees on an "8-day loan".

This team, my team ...they’re awesome. Extremely professional and personable. They treat you like family.

I would highly recommend the Franklin, Tennessee location. Their very professional and their not like your typical Pay Day Loan Store. Their the best People I ever done business with.

I was treated very professionally by your employees. It was an easy process.
