Very easy and fast, I like that you don’t have to sign papers just click away! Saves time.

I was not happy with the erroneous information I was given. I wasted gas and my time to go get money out to pay my loan when I was told I could pay over the phone AND in house with my debit card.

Very friendly and understanding staff here in Fresno

When ever unexpected event arises, I know I can count on Advance America located on Shaw avenue in Fresno are there to help.

The people who work there are awesome! Thank you for showing me good hospitality!

The Rep did a great job of quickly processing my loan request. She had me in and out in less than 5 minutes! Great service.

Me fascina el servicio y calidad humana de todas las empleadas! Siempre con una sonrisa. Además, la prontitud con la que atienden a toda persona. Esta Compañía resuelve grandemente, es útil y necesaria para situaciones improvistas. Los felicito!

Very professional, courteous and helpful in processing of loan.

I was running behind and they were almost closed but asssisted me anyway. The person who assisted me was delightful and I was impressed with her customer service. I have almost 20 years of customer service experience and I am a supervisor in the field and she was absolutely delightful.

Short and sweet - Always good vibes when I walk in - would go to no other.

Very friendly staff, quick approval

Best experience! Usually the process takes at least 7-10 minutes. I was out of there in 5 minutes.

The young lady that helped me was awesome.

The customer service was very friendly, and fast. Everyone in the office smiles and greets you as you first appear in their sight. The employee who helped me assured me everything will be fine and I will get my loan. She made everything such an easy process and was such a big help. I would recommend this place to anyone. As long as you have the requirements, you are good to go.
