Everything is pretty good. I’ve done online payday loans and went into the store. Going into the store takes a long time. There’s a huge line and only two people working. The other customers said it is always like this, especially on Friday or the first of the month. Really my only beef would be that they would only approve me for a payday loan. I understand this is based on my credit. But I’m a disabled veteran and a single parent with three small babies. 2,4 and 5. My credit was killed when it took over 2 years to get disability. I couldn’t work and went through a divorce too. Sometimes, if they’d look at your credit and not just the score.

Great friendly customer care with prompt service! Always a pleasure dealing with the ladies at the Greeneville, TN location!

First time cash advance and needed money for 4th of July. I expected some kind of first time discount. Nope. I paid three days later. Oh well. Staff was nice. Thats all i can say about the experience.

Kathy is very nice and very professional. She is a pleasure to do business with.
