Advance America has treated me with outstanding service. I had issues with one of my payment dates, I finally called and explained my situation, the Advance America representative was friendly and helped me set up a payment date option. The employee treated me with respect and kindness. Everything worked out, Great service ! thank you !

Took too long and too many steps to get…
Took too long and too many steps to get overpayment back. Would have rather overpayment be applied as an additional payment and had been able to refinance. Staff was great and very helpful.
