Mrs. Sonja staff is away pleasant and professional when every I come in and to be greeted by name is awesome. Great job!!!!!😃

Very polite and courteous staff!! A real pleasure to deal with!! Make you feel very welcome!!

I wasn't very pleased with the customer service representative at the office I went to (Gretna, LA). She did not exude a very friendly demeanor and was very curt and abrasive in my opinion. She needs extra training in customer service and learn how to be empathetic to others. I will not be going back to this location at all. After my experience, I remembered why I hadn't been in awhile. I hope her mannerism does not rub off on the lady that she was training. The trainee was very nice and understanding to the financial plight of others. Be careful how you treat others because you never know what you may encounter in life or who you may need.

The staff were welcoming and very professional. They were also very knowledgeable about the services that they provide.

I actually was going to call and say what I thought of the service. The ladies were extremely exceptional. Very kind and prompt. Very sweet and explained all the information clear and concise. I literally couldn't of had a question to ask because she covered all bases. I was extremely pleased with the service. Awesome job ladies. Thanks for everything.

I went in the LaPalco office and was greeted to my surprise with the most pleasant pleasureable experience ever. Looking forward to doing more business with Ms. C. she is a rare find
