Been with Advance America for a couple of years. The customer service always been great and the ladies will sometimes give helpful advice if you ask for it. So far, I haven't had any problems.

I have always had a great experience with the people I have been dealing with.

Everyone is nice and helpful, i recommend Advance

Very friendly staff and getting a loan was relatively easy.

These people go above and beyond for customer service. So happy to find a company that I contact to.

Sharing my opinion, with anyone else, may help them to decide what direction they may go. But I do not know anyone else or their situation that they may be going through. But the Service I received was excellent, and they helped me out and gave me different options to think about, and when I decided on what option to use, they completed every thing fast, and walked out with money in hand.

The customer service is spectacular! The transaction is quick and professional. The agent I worked with Crystal was very nice and responsive to any questions I had.

I Love the customer service at my Store. They get you in and out Fast!!
