Fast, friendly customer service

Wow! Very kind and nice people that pulled me out of the mud. Thank you!

You saved me. The man at your Wilmington Ave. store in Kettering, Ohio could not have been nicer nor more helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone I know should they be in a position to need your services. Thank you.

Was given the run around for 2 weeks straight for trying to reapply for a loan. Never missed a payment, never been late. Been using them for over a year as well

I was taken care of by a very friendly Employee & made to feel like I was important & not there just trying to get a loan. I left with a very good feeling because the way he made me feel. Excellent customer service.

Melissa is the best. Very nice to deal with. Although the other lady there is hateful and rude.

The Manager is nice and the transaction goes smoothly, but after that you are constantly getting phone calls and emails and messages on your phone to remind you to pay the bill before the first payment is due. Then when you call in to pay, the counter girl wants your social security number. When I refused, she easily found me by my name. She didn’t ask me for my address or phone number. I then asked her why did you ask for my social security number when you can look it up by my name? She said that it was easier. It is not a good idea to give social security numbers over the phone to anyone.

Very professional and top-rate customer service. Helpful and strived to help!

Great service by the office staff. Always really nice and helpful.

I was treated like a person. Russell has the best personality and made sure I understood everything without talking down to me.

I love your service and your fees are phenomenal very low rates.

Fast and easy. Great people to deal with...
