Advance America - Lansing - 3020 E. Saginaw St レビュー

People working were awsome

I'm a customer who loves how efficiency and how fast you guys are.

Always good service everytime I go into the store. My store is closing and I was helped with my transaction at another store. Appreciated it!

My experience with online has been the absolute worse.

Experience was quick, courteous staff, and reasonable results.

I love the new system that you've got now because it's a lot quicker. You're in and out within 10- 15min compared to others that are half an hour to an hour. At least you guys we can walk in without having to make an appointment like some others. That is a hassle too and is appreciated. So Every very much thank you very much

The Lansing center is always friendly and prompt, keep up the good work

Excellent service! I love the new innovative system. It so much more customer oriented. Saves me a lot of rushing from bank to Advance America, buying checking, gas, wear and tear on the body. Covid-19 measures aren’t in place. No need to take a notebook full of paper any more. I have no complaints. Great job.

Staff are always nice and friendly.

it will take time to get use to each store was a little different in term of paper work with check

I'M THANKFUL FOR HAVING YOU GUY'S IN MY CORNER, YOUR THERE WHEN I NEED YOU.

The staff there is always very professional and prompt they always have smiles on their faces...they make the fact that I'm broke half the time not as depressing an experience as it actually is! Personally my day is better when the people I'm doing business with are pleasant and helpful!

Staff always exemplify ultimate courtesy in customer service. A cheerful and organized Manner creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. Thank you Advance America!⁶

Everyone in the office are always pleasant and professional. We always talk and laugh together. I can only say they are fantastic ladies.

Jessica and Sarah are always there and do a great job. They are quick and get you in and out which is nice. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

First time in the store, the best customer service ever. I will recommend this company to anyone!

Great fast service. Interest rate VERY high on advances but very fast and pleasant

Super fast and super nice and no judgement always feel welcome when I walk in

Company is Ok, but if your going out of town on an emergency you can make the payment a head of time and you can't make the payment in the next state like Indiana and Advance American is a block up the street and for the reason it will not get a 5
