My experience was horrible, I was never greeted with a hello, the representative was very short with me, and had an attitude.. She was helping another person when I walked into the location, and never acknowledged me until after 35-45 minutes and even after that. She acknowledged me by saying
“whose next” and immediately got on the phone and was trying to service while having a separate conversation on the phone. I told her that was rude and she then immediately started to have an attitude with me. Blaming me for her having to Deposit a check, and threatening me saying that if it happens again I will have to wait seven to nine days before I re loan.. So my experience was horrible and it took me over an hour to get my loan taken care of which is unacceptable to me..

Sarah is wonderful to work with and never skips a beat. She's smart and is always speedy through the loan process. I appreciate her!

I had a very good experience. My transaction was very quick and simple. I got what I needed during my visit.
