Made experience great understanding a person needs and in hardship.

I was shocked at how fast and easy the process was. I applied at 9am, money was in my account at 4:30. Highly recommend.

The young lady miss crystal H. She's always pleasant and willing to help.

Great Customer Service 👌 👍 👏

The young lady that I dealt with Ceaira was efficient and knowledgeable of her job, even though, one wishes that were not in a position to take this loan, but she made you feel secure and gave you all the information about the interest, she was honest which is a rare commodity these days. You have a gem in her at the New Castle office.

Crystal was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping me out.

Fast ,very professional company my money was in my account the next day !!!

Staff was very patient, polite, and erty understanding to your needs. Thanks aging for your help.

Everyone I've ever had to deal with at the company and including the company itself have always been very helpful, informative, courteous and are able to assist in whatever things I need and it's one of the reasons why when I have to I come back to them.

service was professional and very knowledgeable about my situation I'm having and how to go about trying to fix it. So with a pleasant attitude it was well worth it.

Well I filled and got approved for the lone on Fri at 2pm. Expected to receive the money in my account that day yet now it's Sunday and still not expecting to receive it until Tuesday which really doesn't matter to me at this point I get paid a couple days later so when you tell people that they will get the funds same day you should hold Tru to that due to the fact that if someone is filing for it apparently they need it then especially when you have account information for direct deposit. I asked if I could pick the money up at a store and they said that I couldn't because it was already being processed so that should be something that could be changed also because I could have just done this at the store and got it that same day yet I do it online and have to wait 4 days it's ridiculous

Loved the experience. The customer service representative was superb, caring. The process was fast. I will be back and tell my family and friends.

The lady I dealt with was great in everyway, her customer service, explaining all the information, and her attitude was all great. I thank her for that

The BEST COMPANY to go to when you have a temporary financial delay

The customer service representative was very good and understanding job well done

I was coming up short for my bills and decided to see if I could try and get an installment loan. The paperwork that was needed was very easy and not complicated. I ended up getting approved for more than I needed. The Rep that helped me name was Dave and he was so kind and helpful. The computer was messing up and he apologized many times though it was not his fault he was very apologetic. He was super nice!!!

Super Friendly and was very easy to get a loan until payday will be referring friends. Great experience

The people are very friendly and knowledgeable of what they are doing and their job.

Ebony located in your New Castle office is the best! She has made an unpleasant time in my life, very manageable. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and always respectful. She is the reason I drive from Middletown De .
