Employee was very efficient and friendly.

The girl who took care of me was very professional and friendly. She explained everything very well and told me what I was qualified for. Very good experience.

I have had outstanding service online. The app is real easy to use. I have no complaints about this location.

I walked in after about 5-6 months and was treated as if I was just there yesterday. The process was smooth. The associate was kind, patient and professional. He treated me with the utmost respect.

Thanks very much.Your service is needed by alot of us on fixed incomes. We rely on you folks monthly so we can get out more to socialize and out to eat.Covid has limited us to spend more time in the house with utilities costing us more with heat or ac.Thank you for making our quality of life just a little bit better for retired folks like us.

I was very disappointed this time the employee presumed I needed 500.00, and failed to ask me first and before i know she reposted 500 in my checking, and indicated she can not reverse so now I stick with more than I needed or wanted..... so now I will have to be forced to 555 in september total fubar

DONT ASSUME ASK FIRST

The young lady that took care of me was so polite and caring. She did a super job!!!

In and out quickly, plexiglas was installed as a new safety feature and hand sanitizer was available both additions made me feel safer
against the covid -19 virus.

Got in and out quickly. Got more than expected. Saved my wallet from drying up until next payday.

The customer representative in the store was courteous and extremely pleasant and professional.

The Store I Visit In Ocala, FL Across From Big Lots. The New Manager (I Dont Know Her Name) She Is Extremely Rude And Have Poor Customer Service Skills.I Don't Know How She Became Management!

I like that I was able to get a short-term loan with installments debited directly from my bank account. I had not used advanced America for a few years.

Very friendly and honest people. Very courteous and polite. Took the time to expain all my questions and was not in a hurry. Would do business again with them. I would recommend them to my friends.
Keep up the good work.

always a pleasure dealing with Advance America. Friendly employees and always helpful.

Absolutely love this place. They're always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a little help.
