Your employees here in Pace, Fl. Have been and are amazing! Very professional on the way they have handled the social distancing. Keep it up. It makes me feel safe to go into the store. Thanks again

Great customer service. Friendly people. No problems

Representative was very helpful and cordial.Explained the rules of being able to have a payday loan very adequately.

I had never done anything like this, so I had tons of (what I'm sure were silly) questions and the employee was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The location was convenient. When I got my paycheck, making the payment was very simple. The whole process was quick and pleasant. 10/10 would reccomend if you're ever in a pickle!

It was easy and fast. Thanks

Sapphire was wonderful and made this so simple!

I have been borrowing $500 each month for years but when they offered the $1000 for payments I applied. I was told I could only get $440 thru this program so I went the usual way and got my $500. They could not tell me why I was offered less. They where not helpful nor took the time and effort to tell me why I could only get less. I thought it was a law to tell you why you are declined.

The person that helped me was very cordial and my file had to be updated and it was very quick

The process and experience is Amazing by far the most easiest and well-mannered payday loan I ever did. and also the woman who was assisting me I could tell that she was a new employee and she did amazing.

Service was great.I just think there is to much paperwork. Maybe someone could come up with a computerized system where you just push a few buttons and your done. Just an idea

Your company has very polite and cursity employees, I would recommend your company to anyone that would ask my opinion.

Person not too friendly and acted like she didn't care whether she was there or not.
