Fast and easy set up, ladies were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Definitely will be coming back.

The customer service here is always great! Always answer any questions I have!

The girls there great! Great customer service

Easy and very simple

The staff at Advanced America is very friendly, more personable. It makes me feel that they're really working to meet my needs. The loan process was so easy, it literally took less than 19 minutes. Advance America is by far the best place of ant I've used before. Keep up the awesome job team. 👍😊

They fail to tell you everything upfront. I gave them the correct paydays when I got my line of credit and they put them in wrong. Then I did what they said paid it off not once but twice to correct my payments and then I called them to correct it and they tell me well you have to close it you can’t just pay it off! They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Will be glad with this is over with and I do not recommend them!

Nice clean place and the girls were great. Knowledgable and was very helpful, was able to get my transaction done and out in a reasonable time.

very informative gave me all the options to make the best choice for me. quick easy love the online and payback options. very friendly, great to deal with . Pittsburg ,ks

The staff at Pittsburg store is really friendly, and love the fast service!!

Very good and friendly service. Always makes it an easy process, understanding our needs. I think the clerk's name is Stacie. Appreciate her patience with us seniors. I observed that during my short wait and with my transaction.

Good customer service keeps me coming back to AA.

I did an application over the phone, within minutes I was approved so I went into the office. Once at the office located in Web City Missouri I met the nicest lady ever and her name is Christina. She talked as if we knew each other for years but still kept business professional and did an amazing job! She explained everything very well to me, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

I enjoy the service I receive. I'm in and out when taking care of my loan. Treated really well and very friendly when I enter the store. They know my name and address me by my name and that means a lot. Thank you

It's nice to have someone you do business with actually like to see you walk into the store. remember your name and make sure that they take care of all of your needs. They work quickly and get me in and out in as little time as possible. I would strongly recommend the Pittsburg, Kansas location to anyone.
