Once in a while, I use Advance America in Plainfield, Indiana, if I run short of funds for the month. They are always efficient and friendly. Connie Archer, who works there, is very nice to work with. I appreciate her very much.

The girls in the office were as helpful as they were able to be.

I was very impressed with the whole process. The lady at the store was very professional and kind. Thank you very much.

Very friendly people to deal with. Satisfied with service and doing business with your company. Dealt with you for several years now and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

Going to a place like cash advance America is humbling and I hate to need to use it. I’ve felt bad, but the people working there made it better. However, my most recent visit was less than that. There is a new person working there who was short and unpleasant to deal with. I won’t go there again if I have to deal with her. I will pay my loan off and find somewhere else.
