Advance America - Post Falls - 1603 Seltice Way, Ste. B レビュー

I was taken care of very well by Carole. She was professional, kind and so helpful. Very happy with my experience.

Carole was kind, helpful and explained the process in full every step of the way, great customer service!!

Staff was professional and polite through the whole prosses.

The young lady that helped me was very nice and friendly. The place was very clean. She was very knowledgeable. I will tell people to use your business

When I went in I was immediately greeted by Faith, she is such a sweet lady. Always helpful and makes sure to explain everything in detail. I love the the interaction that Faith and Carole give when interacting with them. Would recommend 10/10.

The staff was very helpful. Excellent service
Thank you so much

Post Falls branch is and always will be above and beyond with helping anyone in need. Carole and Faith are wonderful at their job. I will not go to any other loan office within 60 miles of the Post Falls branch due to their family oriented way of working with clients in need of a short term advance. I am grateful for this branch and the way this company operates.

Excellent customer service. Staff are always helpful and friendly

I really enjoy going to the store they make you feel welcomed, and really get to know you as a person and not a number. I enjoy talking with the ladies and the even know my name and my grandkids too.thank you so much for everything you do.

Super nice people and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

These people are outstanding and will help in any way they can. Very comfortable environment! Highly recommend Spokane Valley and Post Fall! Both have treated me outstanding!

Carol and Faith are fantastic!!! Always willing to help and do the best for their customers!!

Every time I go in, everyone is always very nice. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are always very helpful.

They clearly told me what I needed to get approved. I went to the store with that paper and there was a little hiccup. They told me what was wrong and come back the next day. The next day was a breeze. I am very happy with their serviced noon

All the workers there are always bright and cheery and take care of what you need in a professional and efficient manner..just fabulous.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, lets me know and reminds me so I can fluently without hesitation or delay get a loan when I need it, I really do not like to get loans, but when you really and desperately need money to pay someone or business I go get money that I need to pay and only takes a few minutes and then your employees made me feel okay about receiving a loan without hassle, if only that you qualify and pay back on time and believe me they let you know what they need from you so they can serve you better, sometimes it's too easy and that could get you in trouble haha
