I had very good fast service as I usually do.

Very friendly service. Less paperwork. Fast and secure.

Bernadette was great. Very friendly and kind.

The gal that was working was very nice, she apologize for the computer working slow/ acting up.
The time's that ive gone in there the women working have been very nice.

Easy process and great people to explain new system. Only place I would go for a short term loan.

I was there before the rep was. She seemed unprepared and opened a few minutes late. She was nice but didn't have cash which I preferred. A loan place should have enough available cash at all times. Normally I get good service so this time it was disappointing.

When using online loan payment it takes too long to clear my loan
account, it takes over 3 days for it show loan is paid online, especially
if I need a new advance.

Great customer service, quick, easy, and reliable!

I like that I can pay my loan online but when I try to get another loan online I am unable to because of technical difficulties. I called but got no answer from the representative. So I had to go to the store to get the loan which is what I wanted to avoid.

I received excellent service thank you very much

I loved everybodys warm welcoming environment and make me feel like a real person

The ladies, Tina and Maria, at your Red Bluff location are the best! They are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and they always make me feel welcome!

The experience was very pleasant and done in a timely manner. The person who waited on me was fantastic. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. Her name is Ginia and I recommend that she get some kind of award for her skills and service to your company.
She explained your policies and answered my questions with a friendly smile. She made the experience very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable and made you feel important. She always had a smile on her face and made you feel comfortable in a awkward situation.
Thank you for hiring such a wonderful person.
