Good experiences

I had an amazing experience. Great customer service!!

Valentina knows your programs well. Understands my file well. Shes a real asset to me!

I had an awesome customer experience, and I was approved in little time. I like the firm ( Advance America); I see more business coming their way.

It's hard enough to have to go in and request a payday loan, but to also be treated with disdain and then actually offer to help me go online and give them five stars???
The Advance America store in Chula Vista, CA, on Broadway, have much nicer employees and are kind and helpful. I would give THEM 5 stars!

I always have a great experience on the rare occasions where I do come in the store for my loan needs with the staff. Great customer service with a smile. I renew loans online now, which is a very simple process for those individuals that dont have the time to come in, in person.

Very Helpful and willing to provide options for potential borrowers

Valentine was very kind and provided excellent customer service. Would definately come fast fun and friendly.- Josh S

This staff in this office is very efficient and wonderful to deal with, making .getting a loan painless and pleasant.

The ladies that work there, are very helpful. If you have a question or if you don't know what to do in case of you didn't make it to the store; they guide you very good over the phone and the best of all.....they make you feel free worries when they say that it's always a way to handle the situation.
