I had Great service.
I was having trouble between phone and computer and a woman Roxanne Perez in Customer Care went through the entire refinance process with me on the phone and I was able to complete it. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL
The customer service was great! First Juany was very informative when I called to inquire about their services. Then I went to the store and received excellent service from Myra, who assisted me every step of the way in obtaining the loan.

Every one was so friendly and helpful
Every one was so friendly and helpful. They explained all the loan details to me and answered all my questions. The whole process went quickly and smoothly.

Staff was very nice and knowledgeable!! This store has a lot of customer service reps working there to take care of your needs no waiting. The rep. was very nice and understood exactly what I needed!

This is my second experience
This is my second experience, and it did not disappoint. The customer service I received was top-of-the-line.Micca was more than helpful and always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process which can be a little uncomfortable in my situation. She is knowledgeable and professional. I feel like she went above and beyond to help get me the loan I desperately needed. I appreciate her so very much, and will definitely be recommending advance America to friends and family if they need should arise.
