My husband and I have been coming to your office for a long time (years). We had a financial problem and went to speak with Debby. She was amazing. She helped us by making a payment plan. She was so nice and caring. She deserves a lot of credit. I hope you acknowledge this. Thank you for having her as an employee!!

The representatives at the 775 bald hill road location are amazing. They go above and beyond to help and do it with a positive attitude and smile. Even on my first visit when I couldn't take out a payday loan I left appreciating everything they did and that's why when I was able to take a payday loan 2 weeks later I went back there.

Website
Never had a problem with getting a loan! The only complaint I have is the website. I log in and it takes me to another screen to log in again and then sometimes I have to log in a third time. Other than that I’m completely satisfied!

It is more organized when we go in . We don’t hv to ask who’s next ? The cashiers are promtand courtesy is given to everyone . They hv the info they need to keep the person feel confident in borrowing . They try to be discreet at window, when asking questions . Even if person left glasses at home they walk them thru . So I’m very happy just making it thru hard times .
