The navigation of the website is extremely user friendly. Also, the quick feedback to questions that I had from all of the staff for the website was very quick and very helpful.

Very easy process, instructors were engaging and very knowledgeable. Low pressure, minimal stress atmosphere. Highly recommend.

TNCC Renewal with AHE was great! The instructors were experienced in their respective fields, and the climate was friendly and focused. The group was encouraged to ask questions, which were well received by instructors and students alike. Contributions from all were encouraged and welcomed. There was zero testing fear. Practice rounds were a huge value add and were key to a successful test experience. I will definitely be back for future renewals and for my upcoming ENPC renewal!

Good instructors and text book however the website password reset and registration and access to pre course modules gave me trouble and was not able to review in a timely fashion. Also I.t/customer service not available after hours or weekends to fix the issues.

Easy to sign up and pay for. When it came to log on for the skills checkout, I clicked the link and the email and was connected. Super easy (I had never used Zoom before). Instructor was knowledgeable

They made this topic accessible to first-time participants. The instructors were open to questions. They made the class interesting.

Staying certified and being able to make that work with everyday duties is hard. Heather and the team got my book to me very quickly and then made the test out possible online. Recertification is important and I picked up important new information. It also needs to be possible given time and distance limitations. I found balance and support that is safe and effective to maintaining credentialing.

Instructors are great, set up for station testing was easy to follow and seamless. I was nervous because I had not done an online class for this type of certification but it worked very well.

The instructors did such an amazing job teaching the 1.5 days of ENPC by reinforcing important concepts from the book during the PowerPoints to ensure we grasped what we will need in working through pediatric emergencies. They were very knowledgeable and shared a great deal of experience. I also actually enjoyed the practice scenarios as I wasn't sure how it was going to be virtually. Lastly I appreciated how the instructions stayed on schedule. Overall, great experience!

The instructors were very attentive and really took the time to make sure people were grasping the content. During the practical phase all of the instructors come off in a kind demeanor and don’t make you feel anxious which I appreciated. Would recommend.

Highly recommend! The class was excellent, the lectures were informative, the material is excellent. The teachers help apply the information in a practical way. They are understanding and helpful.

Had to take the full class as my previous cert expired more than the allowed time to be eligible for just renewal. The instructors were professional, knowledgeable and patient with the students. They set the mood in the beginning to ease the anxiety of the testing and encourage students to participate. This is my first time taking the class online and I must say, I like it better than live class. I wasn't feel rushed, the practice, written test (which you take on your time after practical, either right away or up to 7days later) and the 1 on 1 practical testing was great. Instructors were all nice and professional and did not have this "I'm going to fail you" vibe. Nit picking here, the only thing that wasn't kind of nice was the online book. You can only access the book on the publisher's website and have access up to 4 yrs instead of downloading the actual pdf. But other than that, everything went well and I will be renewing with them after 4 yrs.
