First property I put through ARO. Although it was long and tedious the Choices ’ team e.g Shivani were very supportive and get me to the line very professionally. I will definitely repeat for one of my other properties.

It’s the first time I have used choices estate agents and I have to say , I am incredibly impressed. Sam Wilkins supported me through the process and he was incredibly efficient and professional and the whole process was very easy. I would highly recommend choices and especially to property landlords.

Ok. I will try and keep this brief. This firm are excellent. It’s owner - I think - is a lad called San Wilkins. Now, he is only young - but he works hard. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and sam and Fahad were different class. They missed 1 email and apologised the next day! Otherwise every email/call was responsed to within 2 hours.

The deal - they pay u up, less their bit of take. Rent for 1k per month cop 12k less their profit and costs (there are costs and all were spot on.

Nothing hidden. All straight. Seriously quality service. Oh and Riccardo answered the phone plenty!

This is my first property to go across to Choices ARO and i must say Sam via call/email and Millie on WhatsApp made the whole process run very smoothly with a daily up to date informative approach .
Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again on other properties I have .

Sam at Choices has been super helpful and made my experience of ARO very seem less, and tenant was found in super quick time and will move in next week. Every queries I had, Sam was very responsive and addressed my needs in every step of the process. Sam and his team were patient informative and understanding about all issues. I would recommend choices for their services .

Once the tenancy agreements were completed, payment was made within a few hours. This enabled me to pay all the costs incurred renovating the property. The people I dealt with were also polite and friendly. Hopefully everything goes well in the next 12 months. Surely an experience worth repeating.

I had a brilliant experience with ARO. I used the upfront rent to refurbish 2 bathrooms and fit new flooring in our new home so we could live in comfort with our new born, instead of having to wait several months-years to save up enough money to do the works. It also helped with my anxiety to know the rent was guaranteed.
