Alex V. was prompt in providing a quote and placing our order which arrived the next day. When we only received 2 of our 4 items Jacquelyn M. was apologetic and immediately rectified the error. We had the rest of our order the very next day. Both reps were very helpful & courteous.

The system is not intuitive. I usually never watch the videos that come with a software, but there was no way to learn without the videos. Also, the functionality that is provided is expensive.if I had to start over again, I would have picked a different product.

We had a printer repaired and it did not work after it was returned. We notified AdvantIDge they expedited the repair and made it right. They stand by their work, that is what customer service is about.

We order frequently from Advantidge. We always get top-notch service. It seems as though they always keep stock of everything we need. I love that I can place an order one day and receive it the next. Order confirmations are promptly delivered to my email. Whether we submit an order for delivery or stop in for supplies, they've got what we need. There really is a comfort in being able to tell our clients that we can have their orders filled the following day. Can't say enough good. Their customer service is 5 star in every way!
