I would say this is the best choice for MA online programs to complete during college. It is so convenient because it is self-paced, the instructors and staff are very friendly and helpful, and they really do want you to succeed. I'd like to emphasize that the instructors get back to you quickly which makes it easier to improve and finish assignments. My friend at college is actually the one who told me about this program because she mentioned how nice it was to be able to complete it while also taking college courses.

I highly recommend for anyone who is working full-time or is currently in school. It is all self-paced. They also implemented stimulation labs that were actually super helpful. It had a mixture of reading content and videos. The assignments were easy to follow.

This company is very helpful when it comes to the tutoring staff to help you with exam prep and to clear up any confusion you have on the course material. It also has many ways to help you outside of the course such as with job search help, resume and cover letter assistance, and mock interviews. It would get a 5 star review from me if the course did not use as much AI, but it has a good mix of various types of course material that it is still helpful and accurate. Would highly recommend to students who would rather have this kind of course at their preferred speed rather than in a traditional classroom setting.

The fact that the program is self-paced really helped me alot. They cover all topics in depth and were always available when I had questions.

The experience with this medical assistant program turned out to be amazing. It's worth mentioning that one of the greatest advantages of the program is that it is self paced since I was able to learn and complete the assignments when I had some free time off of work and university. In addition, the lessons contained a lot, I am a LOT of useful information that helped me to be more ready not only for the CCMA exam but also working in the field. One more great things that I liked about this program were simulations which made it more exciting and provided a deeper understanding of what it means to be a medical assistant, the simulations are well thought out and give you real world examples. There were a lot of practical exercises which allowed me to practice communication with patients, collecting vital signs, working with an EHR and so on. In addition, I appreciate the fact that they organize an externship for students who would like to have practical experience before looking for a job and gain actual hands on experience. Towards the end of the program, you're taught a lot of information of the professional world and overly prepared to land a job right away. The lessons are well planned out and instructors are always available if you're having trouble and are kind and provide plenty of resources if you do not understand certain material! They want you to succeed! Overall, I should say that this is an excellent program for people who want to become medical assistants and advance in the healthcare field. 10/10 would def recommend.

This was overall a really great program! I really enjoyed the flexibility it offered and it allowed me to take the time I needed to get it done while also in school and working another job. The material was presented in a clear and easy way to understand and the simulations were very immersive. I appreciated that the material was repeated in multiple different ways because it helped me with learning and memorizing when I had more exposure. The one thing that I would like to see this program add to it is more quizzes that have the same kinds of questions as the final and practice exams so that students can have a better idea what to expect on the exam. I think it would help students know what material is higher priority to study. Overall I really enjoyed this program and I am excited to begin work as a medical assistant!

Completing the ACT MA course prepared me fully to become a medical assistant. The modules were easy to digest, and the information given was instrumental to the success of me and thousands of other aspiring healthcare professionals. Their end-of-course externship program is an amazing way of getting your foot in the door that I personally haven't seen anywhere else. The self-paced nature of the course made it more comfortable on my end, dealing with school and part time jobs, the curriculum was well balanced and had simulations that are similar to actual medical assistant scenarios that would prepare people for them when they actually happen.

This program was great! The assignments, especially the Ai patient ones were very helpful to learn and understand on how to approach different situations. The professors were also very helpful, and graded assignments in a timely fashion. I felt very well equipped when taking my certification exam!

I took this course while full time at another job. Since this course was self paced, it made it extremely easy to balance work and studying. I was able to refer back to the resources and study material, which helped set me up for success. Overall, this was a great course with valuable information and I would recommend this to people balancing school or another job.

Overall great program!
It was easy for me to complete the self-paced classes as well as being in school. Having the autonomy to get things done on my own time really made the difference. The simulations also helped me get more experience and practice with various clinical scenarios.

This course was extremely helpful and it a great start to building a healthcare career. The modules are simple and straightforward and I love how you can do it at your own pace on your own time. 4 stars only because of the use of AI is rudimental and pretty janky. There is commonly misspelled words and contradictions in the materials which need improvement and polishing.

The best part of Clinical Skills Institute was the flexibility. I was able to complete my coursework around my family and work responsibilities without falling behind. The exam prep resources were especially valuable and helped me understand what to expect on the certification exam.

As a full time college student, I loved being able to take this course at my own pace. The flexibility is truly remarkable and is the reason I was able to learn about and achieve my CCMA. They also provided a ton of information about how to obtain a job as a CCMA which was incredibly helpful.

This program was my first time doing school online, and I am so glad I found this program because I am a full time college student so this program being self paced was what stood out to me the most, besides it being self paced all the information provided was so helpful. They make you do simulations that helped me learn so many things. I truly recommend this program!

This course was great! I appreciate how this was entirely self paced and online, this was perfect for my busy schedule, and you can move through the material as quickly or slowly as you would like. I like the way it is organized into modules, and there are practice quiz questions and simulations along the way to practice what you have learned. Some of the simulations actually have you speak as if you are talking to a patient, which I have never seen before and was very helpful to prepare me for real patient encounters. I also liked the inclusion of the NHA modules, as this reinforced the information I have been studying and made me more confident with the material. Overall this was a great course, I would absolutely recommend it!
