Using ACT to become a CCMA was incredibly convenient and the right amount of challenging. As a full-time college student with various other responsibilities, this course allowed me to work at my own pace without feeling extra stress or pressure. Despite it being fully online, it was still challenging in such a way that allowed me to feel like I was learning very valuable and difficult skills even behind a screen. I highly recommend getting the phlebotomy training kit as well because that was super helpful in translating some of the skills in a hands-on manner.

Overall, it is a great experience with great advisors and professors!

This Advanced eClinical Training course was self paced, easy to understand, and extremely helpful. I was able to learn so much about human anatomy, how to administer medication, and correct patient care. This definitely prepared me for the final exam and how to be successful in my career one day.

As of last weekend, I am a recent university graduate that has spent the past year balancing an extremely busy schedule. I was working as a scribe, a full time student, and also advancing in my ACT CCMA course. Today, I finished my course. I really appreciated how flexible and self-paced this program was. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics and the simulations were AMAZING, they truly helped me connect the material to real clinical situations rather than just memorizing information. Especially the ones where you can literally speak to a virtual patient and have a conversation with them. and they will reply to you. You also receive feedbback for every part of your dialogue to the patient. All of this is a tool I have never learned with before and it made a huge difference especially since this is an online course and this feature helped put it to actual use. It built my confidence putting myself in the shoes of an MA and realizing how I have to speak to patients to help them feel comfortable and educated in their experience.

What also stood out most to me was the support from the instructors. Whenever I had questions, they responded quickly and were always kind, encouraging, and willing to help. All my assignment reviews were approved almost immedaitely, and when I was feeling stressed about deadlines, they were understanding and even offered an extension, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, this course gave me a strong foundation in medical assisting while allowing me to learn at my own pace. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a flexible path toward becoming a CCMA

This self-paced medical assistant course is very well structured with a lot of valuable information important for the position. This course prepares you well and the instructors are helpful. They are accessible and replies fast to emails. They also provide further explanations that helps with understanding hard concepts included in the course. There are a lot of resources for career development and advice. Love this course! Definitely recommend!

Great resource for pre-health students looking to get insight and certification as a medical assistant. I learned a wide variety of information from patient interactions to pharmacology! As a very busy undergraduate student who was still looking for opening up job opportunites Advanced eClinical Training was a great program. The self paced aspect makes it managable to complete college coursework, and be able to obtain medical assistant training without feeling like there is added stress. The board exam prep materials are helpful, and the cost of the exam being included in the course is a plus.

It was amazing to find a program that teaches you what you need to know to become a CCMA and then helps connect you with an externship to practice the theory you learned. I really enjoyed the self-paced curriculum and the online simulations that allowed me to learn at a speed that was right for me.

I enjoyed the self-paced style, which allowed me to complete the course while also working other jobs and taking classes at college. This helped me manage my time easier and made the pacing better for me. The curriculum and modules are also well thought out and flow together nicely. Along with this, the simulations help transfer the material you learned into more 'real life' situations which is helpful as you go through the course. The program also provides many resources on career advancement that I know I will be returning back to in the future when I apply for a job. As a whole, I definitely recommend this training.

Very easy to learn at your own pace. They offer plenty of resources. For my first time doing anything online school- wise it was a good experience. They updated the entire course during the time i was learning and added more interactive learning experiences which helped a lot. It did make it a little frustrating re-learning the website but all in all was a good course.

This course was very good! It had me prepared for my CCMA exam and the modules keep you well informed. My favorite part that I enjoyed was the interactive assignments and simulations as it gives you an idea in a real setting. They also set you up with an externship as well for clinical experience!
