This course was great. It was self-paced which was great for students in college. The simulations and resources provided were great.

What stood out to me most about my CCMA medical assistant course was how well it was designed to actually prepare me for real clinical work, not just memorization. The self-paced learning structure made a huge difference because I could spend extra time on harder topics like EKG leads, order of draw, and injections without feeling rushed. It made the experience way less overwhelming and more personalized to how I learn best.The curriculum itself felt very practical and focused on what medical assistants actually do day-to-day. Instead of just theory, it covered essential skills like vital signs, patient interaction, lab procedures, and administrative tasks, which made everything feel directly applicable to a real job setting. Another one of the most helpful parts was the use of simulations. It bridged the gap between knowing something and actually doing it. Lastly, the career support really made the program feel complete. Knowing there’s guidance for job placement, resume building, and transitioning into the workforce made me feel more secure about what comes after certification.

This is one of the best platform for the medical assistant CCMA certification. They had alot of information and very great practice exams. It was very knowledgable and has alot of assignment to practice your knowledge. make sure to study good and read everything.

I had an amazing experience with ACT CCMA course! The self paced learning was great for my lifestyle and I was able to finish having learned a lot. The resources provided by the cause like the lessons and the NHA study guide made me feel ready for the certification exam. I just completed this course, and feel very prepared for the NHA exam. The modules were well organized, and each included interactive activities which greatly improved my understanding of the material. This self paced course allowed me to complete the certification while in school and working. I recently completed the CCMA training program and certification with eClinical with the goal of preparing for real-world patient care in outpatient settings and I couldn't have been more happy and confident about what I've learned. My wife is a doctor, but i myself have no medical background or training prior to taking this course. the most valuable aspect of the program was the hands-on simulation training. Practicing skills like manual blood pressure measurement, venipuncture, and patient intake in realistic scenarios helped me bridge the gap between theory and clinical application. These simulations significantly improves my confidence and accuracy, especially in patient communication and maintaining proper clinical protocols under pressure. Overall, the program provided a strong foundation for entry-level clinical work, and I feel well prepared to begin working as a certified medical assistant. I recently completed the Advanced eClinical Training course for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, and overall, it was a good experience. The course covered important material that felt relevant and helpful for preparing for the CCMA exam and for working in a clinical setting. I especially appreciated how it reinforced key concepts and gave me a better understanding of what to expect in practice.

That said, at the beginning of the course, there were moments where the use of AI was pretty noticeable, which felt a little questionable and slightly took away from the overall professionalism. However, as the course went on, the content became more solid and useful.

Overall, I would still recommend the course to others preparing for the CCMA, especially for the structure and review it provides.

This was a very beneficial experience for me, the course is self paced and allows you to move at your own speed when life around you continues. The instructors are great and answer any questions you may have. I definitely recommend if you are wanting to take the step to get your certification!

As a student who is also completing their undergraduate studies while preparing to apply for PA school, ACT's self-paced course has facilitated obtaining my medical assistant certification while allowing me to further my education and not holding me behind. This has opened doors for me as I will be able to better prepare to obtain my clinical hours for PA school.

Overall the course was good with a couple of issues. Very well organized course with lots of information and great resources. Set up in an easy and well paced format with the luxury to complete the course on your own time. The course did have some bugs, assignments and modules that were previously completed would be marked incomplete upon logging in the next time. Simulation assignments were also added into modules after modules were previously completed. Not much feedback besides "good job" was provided on assignments. Overall would still recommend the course to others.

Enjoyed the self-paced work style and flexibility. I also enjoyed the various means of presenting information and recommendations for outside resources. The formatting was a bit clunky and not uniform, in part due to updates being made. It would've been nice if the updates could've been made all at once or incorporated in a way that did not impact/ was not visible to currently enrolled students.

I really enjoyed taking this course. Very interesting material, and it prepares you well for the clinical field. It can be a little overwhelming, and the material can be a little disorganized. That being said, it was overall a great experience. Also, they respond very fast to their emails.
