Matt from Adventuredesk is 100% available and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that all our needs were taken care of and always reaches out to make sure everything is and was going well. He never seems too busy to help and he appears to have a genuine concern for all his clients.

Our trip was absolutely amazing and beyond our expectations.

First, our travel agent was great at preparing us for the trip and once we arrived in Costa Rica, our local tour guide, Gabo, was superb! He took us through the history, the culture and everything Costa Rica has to offer. He was very knowledgeable and personable and took advantage of opportunities as they presented themselves such as stopping by the road side to buy some locally produced apples, seeing creatures or landscapes to take photos. The restaurants, pubs and cafes were off the beaten path and the food, so delicious!

He was also magical at curating the itinerary based on the group’s interest – that meant we were able to participate in the sunset cruise and kayaking that was originally scheduled on the same day in Manuel Antonio. Thank you Gabo!

It was also inspirational to see how focused the country is on being “green” and being a true advocate for “protecting and saving the environment.

This was an adventure I’ll never forget!

We had so many diverse experiences that I'm not sure we could have found on our own. Our rafting adventure was unbelievable and such a family bonding experience. Matt took the stress out of our travel and we had the best adventure and relaxation filled family vacation!
