I placed a new order on March25 and they said it would start it still has not started I've emailed them and haven't heard from them I have spent over$500since September would like to find out what is going on need to talk to someone

I wish I could put zero because the company is terrible I believe all they push is Bots on top of that when they do email you back it's like a robot or AI is controlling the email and they just send the same thing over and over again like it's on repeat. I emailed them back in February and they were supposed to send me screenshots of the work they did and never sent anything except several emails repeating itself over and over again. Do not trust this company!

Been sending them emails and messages on their chat and never got any reply not once. They took the money and heard nothing ever again from them! Scam.

I paid for a promo package and they completely disappeared. No confirmation, no replies to emails, nothing on socials. 100% scam.

Complete scam! And they steal your money!

I started a $29 campaign in September and my monthly listeners increased by 50%... then in October they dropped back to where they started. After that, I decided not to run any more campaigns with them, and they kept charging me $29 a month in October and November as well without my authorization. I've sent them several emails asking them to stop charging me and to refund me my money, but I haven't received a response at all. I'm worried they'll charge me again in December... my advice is not to fall for this; it seems like a scam. I'll probably might have to even change my credit card all because I agreed to try them out. Don't fall for it.

I bought a promo package and did not get any confirmation. I sent them multiple mails and reached out on instagram & facebook, no reply. Scam!

If I could give them a zero, I will give them a zero no customer service no actual receipt for the purchase. This company is so fake. Trust me when they see you. Will you see them responding to the comments on here they’re all fake. I’m not gonna lie to you. They are fake. Do not use this company. This company need to be banded from any access use for the Internet. I’m gonna report them to the Attorney General for fraud where they can investigate deeply into this company.

Spotify just took down half of our song's streams and we went from almost 2k monthly listeners to 700.
The $29 campaign has been the only promotion tool we used, and it seems like a waste of money.

I paid $29 for the test campaign. In first two days I got over 1200 streams. That is already around $0.02 per stream and the campaign was supposed to go on for another 3-5 days. Since expected cost per engagement for meta ads is around $0.2 in best case scenario this started to look very suspicious.

I contacted Spotify support and they confirmed there are artificial streams piling up on my song and asked to stop the campaign immediately.

I've contacted the support and I hope they will end the campaign early before the song gets taken down - but given that they were completely unresponsive so far I'm not sure that is going to happen.

I'm not sure how they got so many good reviews in here but there is something off. Lack of transparency about what they are doing, too good to be true results and fake streams detected by Spotify support all add up to a scam.
