Advies wealth have already transferred one of my pensions and are in the process of completing my second and larger pension. They have answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. I have just completed my transfer of my pension pot from Rolls Royce to Royal London with the help of Advies wealth . After talking to my financial advisor he recommended that I use Advies wealth to do this for me as I had a limited time to do this as my cetv was guaranteed for 3 month . I contacted Attif initally who then passed me onto head office to do all the paperwork etc , I at this point did not realise how much work was involved in this process . From day one Attif and Steve and phoebe kept me informed with a progress report and chased up all the paperwork And called me weekly and told me how it was going , with a week to go of my guaranteed transfer date it was all completed . I cannot thank Attif enough for taking my calls out with normal hours and e mailing me almost daily . If I had not hit this sorted on the time scale that they did it in I now know my transfer value would now be down 30 percent . We were looking to take our defined benefits pension in the form of a drawdown, personal pension. We had watched all videos, taken lots of advice, and fully understood the benefits and pitfalls, and also the reluctance of advisors to recommend this due to potential liability risks for bad advice etc. Having spent hours having reviews with several advisors personally recommended to us, they all adamantly refused to recommend a drawdown, and would not proceed even on an"insistent client" basis. Against all advice we did our own "searching" and found Advies wealth through an internet search. They contacted us, i checked their credentials, I found the whole process simple, efficient, and we completed everything within a couple of months. They understood OUR needs, and am happy with the advice they gave us. I am aware that personal pensions could, and are in fact, dropping at the moment and that was fully expkained to us. We took one pension as a drawdown, and my wife chose to stay with the DB scheme, and Advies Wealth understood this and put us under no pressure at all. I would totally recommend Advies Wealth not only for their efficiency, but for them understanding OUR needs and wishes, and acting on them.

Your response to my review is incorrect! I provided you with all the information I was asked for at each stage. I had to chase you each step of that way. You provided me with contradicting information first saying yes I should transfer them when I questioned this you said the wrong calculation was used! You then said I should transfer. But you never intended filled up with so had to chase you for update each time. I was not trying to circumvent the process. I was merely following instructions from my ceding pension scheme! The final conversation we had you asked for the details of my work pension which I provided in plenty of time for the transfer but yet again I heard nothing from you for 2 weeks and had to chase you yet again. But by this time we had missed the deadline!!! You also allured to the fact that the previous advice I received from your partner after my initial consultation to advise you of what I required, was incorrect and that he was not a professional adviser!!!!!!!
