Team was very helpful, responsive and cared about my unique needs

Adzooma is a nice tool to manage PPC for us. We were using a competitor's tool, but moved to Adzooma and are really liking the automation options. There are a ton of other features around reporting and SEO that tie into our PPC program which really helps us save time. Customer support is top-notch, too. We're happy we made the switch.

A great tool that saves you a lot of time managing your PPC campaigns.
Easy to use and the optimization suggestions make mostly sense.
Customer support/account managers are great people and always very helpful.

Started working with Adzooma almost a year ago after I started Google Adwords.

What I noticed immediately was that I could get all the information in an easy to understand format. I am sure I would get comfortable with Adwords, but this was comfortable from the start.

More importantly, by following the weekly recommendations, I saw a positive increase in CPC, quality score, and cost per conversion. We saw weekly improvements.

We’ve used many softwares similar to Adzooma, but none of them made the cut. And we don’t like Googles ad AI.
Adzooma’s AI is very smart and gives great recommendations on the account. And it’s great that their team is actively working to improve and add more value. And it’s nice to have an account rep (Neil) to help us and answer questions as needed. Their reporting is great and they make automations super simple. Their SEO reports are really good too, actually better than a lot of SEO software platforms. I highly recommend checking out Adzooma. We’ve found the value to be highly profitable and time saving!

I don't think there has been a better time to use Adzooma than now. It continues to evolve with efficiency and optimization tools now to dramatically help meet the ongoing challenges of PPC marketing. Dedicated Support and readily available learning resources are sincerely appreciated as well.

So far, I've been impressed with the Adzooma team. Neil spent about an hour with us this morning getting us up and running with the product and his knowledge and insight was extremely helpful and appreciated. If this is typical of how Adzooma's support will be in the future, we'll be thrilled. Love the product, too!

This soft is is feature packed and don’t see my self using the other ad platforms in future. One dashboard is what I was looking for for FB and Google ads.

A big shout out to a tool that is shockingly free.

My journey with Adzooma started with a free trial in early 2020. The user-interface was easy to get set up and attached to my paid search accounts. At the time, the recommendations they provided were pretty rudimentary and sometimes downright erroneous. I put the tool away, and didn't check it out again for a few months.

The company, generously, decided to offer it for free throughout the pandemic— an offer that has since been extended indefinitely, it seems. I decided to check out the tool again and was blown away by the improvements across the board. It's faster, their new reporting features, their automation features that I haven't even tried yet. The recommendations are mostly helpful for those who Don't have decades of experience in paid search, like I do, but I do occasionally find myself missing some of the basics and Adzooma catches me.

What I really like are the cross channel reporting functions. It is a lot easier to log into one platform and see yesterday's spend and revenue across many accounts than to log into Google and Microsoft separately. I'm also intrigued by all the automations and will probably be checking those out as well.

And one more bonus shout out: I was in a rush the other day and wanted to build out a quick PPC test campaign for a new marketing vertical. I was able to build out a new campaign in a matter of 15 minutes or so using the campaign builder on this platform. I'll also note that the staff is incredibly receptive to feedback and ideas, and as proactively reached out for suggestions on how they can improve. This is definitely a tool to watch.

I already work with Adzooma a couple of month now. What I most like is the intuitive management of all tasks. The dashboard and report sections are stuffed with incredible insights which help(ed) me to improve the ad-perfomance significantly. I also want to point out the weekly oportunity report to adjust the best practices of the campaigns. I recently had a call with a team-member to get rid off some doubts I had. Very supportive and customer oriented person.
In terms of results, they are increasing continously, always respcting my budget. I have no doubt that in mid- and longterm, the results will grow even more.

Great platform to help manage multiple PPC accounts - it's made a real difference to managing and optimising accounts quickly with the recommendations and automated rules. The support from the Adzooma team is great too and I've had a couple of one to one sessions to help me navigate the platform which has been really useful.
