Antes muerto que volar con esta gente.
La más antipática y caótica compañía aérea. Bordes, maleducados, pésima calidad de servicio y de limpieza en sus aviones.

Everything was ok except of cleanliness. The passenger before me left a dirty napkin on the seat in front of me. It was clearly visible. It hung there until I removed it.

Nie wieder, unprofessioneller schlechter Service beim einchecken. Online checkin war gar nicht möglich.

Online check-in nicht möglich. Hotline höflich und freundlich aber konnte den check-in ebenfalls nicht durchführen. Werde wohl am Flughafen für 20€ p.P. einchecken. Hoffentlich funktioniert die Bordelektronik des Fliegers besser.

So nicht Aegean. Am 16.3.26 wurde bekannt, dass der BER wegen Verdi Streik am 18.3.26 dicht ist. Mein Flug am 18.3.26 mit Aegean sollte umgebucht werden,da keine Maschine starten durfte. Die Dame an der Hotline meinte ich soll warten bis eine Mail kommt und nicht selber umbuchen. Auf meine Frage was passiert aber wenn am nächsten Tag keine Flüge verfügbar sind meinte sie, dafür kann Aegean nichts. Dann habe ich gesagt dann buchen Sie mich kostenlos auf Dienstag um. Ich musste unbedingt fliegen. Umsonst gibt es nicht meinte sie, weil laut ihrem Plan (chic!) Aegean am 18. 3
26 regulär starten würde! Na klar solche Märchen erzähle ich auch. Ich habe auf eigene Kosten umgebucht und Aegean sieht mich nie wieder. Es ist eine Unverschämt dem Kunden gegenüber zu erzählen in einem lock down Flughafen die Maschine fliegt

I am extremely disappointed with Aegean Airlines and their complete lack of responsibility toward passengers.

On March 5, 2026 (18:15), my flight was significantly delayed, which caused me to miss my connecting flight and completely ruined my travel plans. As a direct result of this disruption, I lost my return tickets, a non-refundable hotel booking, and paid for bus transfers between Odessa and Chisinau Airport — bringing my total losses to approximately 669 EUR.

Even worse, I missed an extremely important interview that was the main purpose of my trip — a unique opportunity that cannot be rescheduled. This has had a serious impact on my professional future.

Despite all this, Aegean Airlines offered only the standard 250 EUR compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 and refused to reimburse the remaining 419 EUR of actual, documented expenses. This clearly shows that the airline has no interest in fairly resolving issues or taking responsibility for the real damage caused to passengers.

I have already contacted the airline and provided all supporting documents, but they chose to ignore the full extent of my losses.

This is unacceptable. Passengers deserve not only basic compensation, but also reimbursement of reasonable expenses directly caused by such disruptions.

I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Aegean Airlines — when something goes wrong, you may be left alone with your losses.

That's what you get for duping people with hand luggage and forcing them to hand it

Keine serios Airline, personal besonders Flugbegleiter unfreundlich,unprofessionell und arrogant

We always travel with Aegean Airlines and never had issues with them. Their prices are reasonable, and they consistently offer good value for money.

Wir waren mit dem Flug sehr zufrieden. Beim Flug gab es etwas zu essen und zu trinken. Für den Hinflug hat das Online-Check-in super funktioniert. Für den Rückflug ging es leider nicht. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne. Aber der Flugservice war super.

I am a person that travels approximately 5-8 times per year with different airlines. All these years, I have never had any issue with my personal luggage and once I travelled with the "prestigious" Aegean Airlines, my luggage was broken and because I did not see it in the airport at 22.20 in the night and after a long day, although I made a claim within 7 days from my trip, they are rejecting my claim for reimbursement for the luggage they completely destroyed. So this is what you pay for. For this trip "low cost airlines" charge 1/3 of the price and they deliver your luggage untouched - Aegean charges much more, they destroy your luggage and then you are responsible for it. Thank you Aegean!

Ich habe einen Flug von Berlin nach Erbil über Athen über Billigflug.de bei Aegean Airlines gebucht. Was danach folgte, war völliges Chaos und eine unfassbare Servicewüste.

Aegean Airlines schickte nur eine vage E-Mail über eine Flugänderung – keine Details, keine neue Verbindung, nichts. Ich kann mich nicht einmal in der App einloggen, um meine Buchung zu prüfen. Als ich Hilfe suchte:

Billigflug.de: „Nicht unser Problem, rufen Sie Aegean an.“

Aegean Airlines: „Rufen Sie Billigflug.de an.“

Dieses endlose Hin- und Herschieben ist absurd, unprofessionell und wirkt betrugsähnlich. Ich stehe komplett im Regen, mein Flug ist unsicher, und von beiden Unternehmen gibt es keinen brauchbaren Support.

Billigflug.de und Aegean Airlines sind meiner Erfahrung nach absolut unzuverlässig. Keine Transparenz, unfreundliches Personal und permanente Ausreden machen den Umgang mit diesen Firmen zur Qual.

Very disappointed

The worst service from every air company. You have to be lucky to not need to communicate with them.

I had booked a flight in March last year (2025) Berlin-Athens for 17 September but had to cancel. My options were a refund of half of what I paid for the ticket or a Voucher. Because I fly this route frequently I opted for the latter. I had to pay a re-booking fee, but thought nothing more of it. I have not received a voucher, nor have I received an answer from the company's customer service to my two recent enquiries. I have flown this company many times in the past and have found it reasonably reliable with delayed flights etc. But its booking/cancellation service is not transparent. Telephoning customer service is a lost cause, and usually only to its Athens headquarters. I am quite angry and feel I have been treated in an underhand manner by the airline. I would like to make a formal complaint, but even this is obscured on Aegeanair's website. The airline does not seem bothered about reputational damage, but I am now in the process of booking my flights for this year (in total 6, 2 of which will include my wife). So far I have opted to book with the two alternative airlines that will get me to Athens/Rhodes.

Una auténtica vergüenza, llegué al aeropuerto de Atenas el día 13 de enero mi equipaje no apareció, perdido, reclamo i me están dando largas, hoy dia 3 de Marzo todavía esperando que me pagen todo lo que llevaba en mi equipaje,me dejaron sin ropa tuve que gastar más de 400€, nada aconsejable viajar con Aegean

I flew with Aegean from London to Crete and back in February. I am very pleased indeed that I chose Aegean and will not hesitate to travel with you again. A service delivered with courtesy, efficiency and kindness. If it is possible to pass on my appreciation of their help to the crews of my flights booking reference 73WDBW, please do so.

So ein Saftladen Airline. Sitze gerade an meinem Sitz und der Tisch ist defekt von mir und meiner Frau. Außerdem ist das Netz an beiden Sitzen auch defekt, also eins fehlt ganz und das eine hängt an einer Schraube.

Excellent, flew first time with Agean from Chania to Athens and then to Sophia. Really impressed with the staff and layout of the plane. Everything was as it should be for the transfers. Staff, so friendly and helpful, much better than Tui, Ryanair and Jet2. Loved the snacks and free WiFi, wow. Many thanks great service 👍
