Everything went as planned, Justin and his team were very responsive and kept all my updates active so I knew what was going on the whole time. the car showed up in perfect shape driver was very courteous and took awesome care of my car....A#### would definitely use again!!

I had scheduled them for a pick up, they told me it would be done on Monday Monday afternoon. I was told the driver had a flat I was told he would do it Tuesday Tuesday. They told me he had other pick ups and waiting for an auction to finish Wednesday. They told me that they didn’t have the driver after they told me on Tuesday night. It was a guaranteed pick up on Wednesday a.m. Thursday. I called to complain and told him I was going to get another company and they told me that would be a $250 cancellation charge been calling them for 3 1/2 weeks and they have not returned my calls my text or anything and all I want is my refund for my deposit

Bad experience. The delivery was delayed without proper communication and customer support was completely unhelpful when asked for updates professionalism and total stressed strongly advise avoiding them.

I liked the communication but price quote and final price was higher by $275 So if you choose the company offer quote and final will be different I will provide update upon delivery

They said(Aegis)-Pedro that they were picking up my car on Friday morning and then called back to say it would be Friday night.
They decided Saturday morning between 7am and 9am would work best so Saturday we waited but it was a no show.
Around noon on Saturday they sent the driver's contact and said he would be picking up soon.
The driver was contacted shortly after and said he was about two hours away and in traffic.
An hour or so later I get another call from Pedro saying that the enclosed trailer we requested was no longer available and they had an open trailer available which they new was not an option but tried to convince me to use it anyway!
They new from the beginning that this was a rare and expensive car an it had to be enclosed.
A very poorly ran company and can not be trusted!

Do NOT use this shipping company. They will promise you over the phone and in text that they will pick up on a specific day and then when they miss that day they will then point you to the contract that says they CAN'T guarantee a pickup day or delivery date. Ask them how many times do they get to move the pickup day and delivery day and they will again point you to the contract that merely says they can't promise a specific pick-up day or delivery day. So in other words ... they guarantee nothing .. no pickup day, no delivery day. If you want to "officially" cancel to get your refund ... they will charge you more than the original deposit just to cancel. My first day was missed, they promised the next day, missed again. There is no reason to trust or believe them for a third time ... do NOT use this shipping company.

DO NOT TRUST THEM and do not use their services. They are scam artists! They will tell you anything you want to hear and not stick to any of it. They don’t care to ship your car- they just want to keep your deposit. THEY ARE LIARS.

I hired them to ship my car, I read in the contract that the date and price aren’t guaranteed, so I had them right special terms in the contract that if either changed, I had the right to void our agreement and get refunded. They agreed to this. They never found a driver and then tried to keep my deposit or pay a higher cancelation fee. They were rude, run of the mill scammers- literally yelled at me and told me if I want to go to court “it will be a long road for me”. They tried every dirty tactic to keep my money and wear me out. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Thank god I had those special terms- I refused either option and told them we can go to court.
They still pressured me and after realizing the legality of the situation refunded me.
Please for your sake- use a reliable company- this is not one.

Marcus R. was extremely professional and he provided a high level of service. Communication was excellent and pricing transparent. I ended up transporting a Jeep myself only as a result of having to be in the area where it was at. I will certainly use Aegis next time and have programmed Marcus’s number into my phone. (FYI - regular communication with Marcus from Aug.5 - 11)

Working with James Lee was a blessing. He was very attentive with my concerns with cost. James worked very hard to find me the best rate for several weeks. He was very patience in waiting on me to schedule this vehicle. He also understood my financial situation. Beside being very happy with Jame's work performance , he did a excellent job with communication. That is key in his position.

Everything was as I expected. They did a very good job. I work with Pedro Diaz. Everything was up front and I got the delivery actually, before it was expected I would have no problem hiring them again if I ever need another transport. They were very dependable and you could count on what they said being the truth

Jeff Winston is the man to deal with , this industry can be overwhelming, and deceitful . Jeff was helpful and honest , our can made it to the destination for a fair price and we excellent driver.

Marcus with Aegis was great, communication was on point. Vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Fair price, although it did go a bit versus my original quote however this was out of the companies hands and I agreed to the final price in order to get the vehicle sooner than later.
Overall I am very satisifed with Aegis Auto Transport and would use them again.

It was very easy to work with this company. Jesse Anderson was very kind and professional with me.
