Superb olive oil and customer service. I found Aethalis responsive, helpful and olive oil is dispatched super fast. The quality of the olive oil is amazing, I don't want to go back to supermarket brands. Their oil is produced by hand and is environmentally responsible. I can't praise them enough.

Knowing there's life there, thriving in the absence of insecticides and pesticides. We love that the olives are harvested carefully to avoid harm to birds / their nests.
