I had a problem with getting a signal on the TV. Found this number. I was told that someone would be out today. 1 hour and 14 mins later I had a call to say to expect a visit within 10 mins. The expert had to fit a LNB attachment. Works perfectly 👌

Excellent service. Engineer called ahead to let me know when to expect him and arrived on time. Was informative about what he was doing, what the problem was with my aerial and clear about what needed to be done and the cost involved. Engineer was friendly and polite. I now have perfect TV reception. Very happy, can't fault the service.

Alma arrived on time he was very friendly polite and professional.
He did a good job exactly what I needed done. Efficient fast service.

Called in the morning and had a visit same day with work done on new Ariel, everything was explained and went through the cost ( which was reasonable) really happy and would recommend the guys who came were fantastic, they worked while we had fork lightning and hail stones. Thank you

Great service, arrived when agreed. Identified the problem and gave a quote for works before going ahead and fixing it. Work even has a years guarantee which is reassuring.

First class exlperience from beginning to end. Customer service from the office was prompt and informative. The engineer was excellent and did a great job mounting the 65inch tv and no wires in site. Highly recommeded

Very efficient company. After I asked for a quote I got an almost immediate. phone call telling me an enineemn would contact me in the morning to arrange coming out to give an estimate. A very job was done by a frendly and informative engineer. More expensive than I hoped for

The engineer turned up on time and kept me fully informed of what he was doing. He did a brilliant job & cleaned everything up when he was finished, everything working in order…..

I called in the morning and the problem was logged and a engineer visited the same morning. Was kept aware of what the work required was and this was completed promptly.. very quick and through service, would definitely recommend.

Alma was poliet he took of his shoes when he came in the house. Put up a new T. V areal. And cables which had water running down.Called round to my house within a few hours. And finished the work by the morning.

Charged £432 for a simple ‘new aerial’ with one cable just moved. Instead of two cables to the front of the house - I now have one cable to the front of the house and one cable to the back of the house. It was a simple job on a small house - but charged extortionate price. Why? I suppose I’ll have to ask Trading Standards that question - elderly and vulnerable?

Without WiFi and Open Reach actively working on the property. Was I conned? I feel I was.

As I was without WIFI and couldn’t research properly - and actively persuaded by worker - the job was completed. Now I can research I know the price was extortionate.

It’s an Adequate aerial - but actively moves in the wind! I couldn’t recommend the company as they are extortionately priced! An honest review.

Company does not respect people’s time and need to improve customer communication.
Here is our experience with this company. Booked a time to come and quote TV install. We chased several times during the day and then finally received confirmation that they would not be able to attend (it was 3pm by this time).

Quote time rearranged for 6 days later. Quote discussed and agreed.

We then booked the install time 6 weeks in advance as the timing was important to our project.

We confirmed 4 days prior and we were informed we would receive an appt time no later than 10am on the day. Once again no communication from the office, we had to chase them and at 11am we were informed that the appt was cancelled due to illness.

Some easy improvements could be made to have a positive customer experience. As a result we have wasted time working with this company and have rebooked with an alternative as we cannot trust they will turn up. Save your time & frustration. Book with home vision instead, who also did the job cheaper.

Just a heads up that I will be contacting the manager in the next few days - Charged my elderly friend £250 for a 'Weak' signal, charged her for a booster box that is NOT needed, also a new fly lead which was also not needed, I've just been round to hers and fixed the signal by changing the Source on the TV. 1 button on the remote fixed her problem. I'm an amatur when it comes to tech but I certainly knew what I was doing and knew it wasn't a weak signal. This will be taken further if nothing is done. Mark my words!!!! I will be in touch.

Shocking company, not only do they set a target of 700 a day and give engineers drives between jobs that would astound you, thus causing engineers to overcharge for works, they then don't pay their engineers when they leave. They also run numerous websites promoting themselves as "local" they are far ftom local, they run their websites(not going to use the word company) out of a shitpit garage unit in Barrhead Glasgow.

Last February this company's Aerial Express, Glasgow/Barrhead branch installed a satellite dish on my property. Following installation I had to call them out on a second visit as the dish wasn't working properly.

Last week I had to call them out again as I kept losing the satellite signal and getting a Scrambled notification. I stayed in a whole day, waiting for the engineer who never turned up. I made a second booking with the company and, again, the engineer never turned up, claiming he was sick!

This week I made a third attempt and was assured an engineer would turn up between 3 and 6 PM. On phoning the Glasgow office at 5PM I was again told that the engineer couldn't make it out today. So three times in one week I was messed around by a company which, in my experience, is run by a bunch of fakes who excel at only one thing: raising one's blood pressure to danger levels.

I was told by their 'Customer Relations' that an engineer will turn up tomorrow but, after my recent experience, I don't believe anything they say.

The satellite dish is under warranty until the end of February 2026. But what good is a warranty when you're dealing with a bunch of cowboys? These people will just take your money and run.
